great stay but minor hiccups

The room had a modern design and was exceptionally clean, which made our experience enjoyable. I appreciated the availability of complimentary toiletries, which came in handy.

The check-in process was a bit slow, causing us to wait longer than expected.

We loved the free parking and how close everything was! The decor gave off a cozy vibe, and we even enjoyed the beautiful river walk nearby.

The hotel had very comfortable beds and clean rooms, which I appreciated. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants, making it easy to explore. However, the breakfast options felt weak, and one of the staff members was quite rude when I needed assistance.

I loved how comfortable the beds were. I sank right in and slept like a baby! The complimentary breakfast was amazing, with delicious pancakes and warm, crispy bacon that set my day on the right track. Plus, the location was just perfect, allowing me to explore nearby attractions on foot and enjoy good riverside strolls.

stayed in a king suite for 3 nights, and it was fantastic! the room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. breakfast was a highlight with a pancake maker and delicious bacon. the staff were extremely nice and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location is perfect, just a short walk to everything we wanted to see.

Location couldn’t be better, with a 10-minute walk to downtown along vibrant Main Street, perfect for dinner and entertainment. The room was surprisingly updated, featuring two queen beds that made for a comfortable stay, despite some minor cosmetic wear.

The cleanliness of the facility left a bit to be desired. I spotted hair in the bathroom and the overall maintenance felt off. Although parking was easy, the worn elevators could use some attention as they broke down during my stay. Breakfast felt like a missed opportunity, lacking variety and the usual decent offerings one expects, and I found the water pressure in my bathroom sink frustratingly low.

The highlight of my stay was the pleasant surprise of warm cookies available throughout the day. The staff's genuine friendliness, especially Rhianna at the front desk, made us feel truly welcomed and valued.

I was terribly disappointed to find that the suite I booked was unavailable upon arrival. Instead, I was given a standard room despite paying a premium. The front desk staff were unhelpful and offered no solutions, which left me feeling frustrated and undervalued.

Family with children will feel at home

I gotta say, Rhianna at the front desk was a shining light in this place. She was not only cute but knew her stuff like it was the back of her hand. The breakfast was a highlight too, that guy cooking was on top of everything and the food hit the spot.

It wasn’t cheap, but it was still acceptable.

We loved our stay in this downtown hotel, just steps from local shops and the beautiful falls. It was so convenient to have our son's autism support dog with us, and the breakfast was fantastic, just as we expected from Holiday Inn. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating.

My kids wished for more space in the breakfast area for families. It got a bit crowded during peak hours.
